Personal information ENC collectsENC collects personal information from you in order to fulfill requests for print and electronic products and services. We only require information that is necessary to fulfill such requests. If you are requesting that ENC send you print or CD-ROM products, we will only require your name and mailing address. If you are requesting email services or signing up to participate in our discussion areas, your email information will be required, as will a login and password to make your experience private. ENC does not sell or share your personal information with anyone outside of ENC and its subcontractors, UNLESS REQUIRED BY LAW. If at anytime you want to withdraw personal information from our database, please contact . If you use the email feature available on each page to send a page link to a friend, you are required to submit your email address and your friend's email address. ENC uses this information only to send the email message; we do not store or maintain personal information from that transaction. For that service, we store only a list of links sent and the date and time at which they were sent in order to gauge the popularity of different pages.
